Over the last few years more and more real estate agencies are adapting video and 3D Virtual Tours as critical pieces of their marketing mix. The results have been quite incredible, in fact Real estate listings with a video receive 403% more inquiries than those without, and 85% of buyers/sellers prefer having a real estate agent that uses video marketing.

I’m a professional videographer from Alaska that’s been living in Germany with a freelance visa since 2017. Real Estate has slowly become a passion of mine over the last few years, and though I have served clients within more than 12 industries throughout more than 9 different countries on a wide arrange of digital marketing services including video advertising, web design, google ad management, and social media advertising  - over the next two years until 2023 the only projects I will be pursuing will be within the real estate industry throughout Germany and the rest of the EU.
